About CityTask
CityTask is a consumer home-services request, pricing-guidance, and service-coordination experience.
When CityTask accepts a request, it handles the service process on your behalf—from clarifying the job and finding an available provider to confirming the details, scheduling, updates, and follow-up through completion.
What CityTask is
CityTask currently accepts service requests for manual review and direct follow-up. When CityTask can support and accepts a request, it handles the service process on the customer's behalf through completion follow-up. It is not yet a fully launched marketplace.
Describe the home-service need once and submit it for review.
When CityTask accepts the request, it helps organize provider coordination, scheduling discussions, updates, and follow-up.
Published pricing ranges are planning guidance, not binding quotes.
Why CityTask exists
Home-service requests can require repeated outreach, unclear pricing, scheduling conversations, updates, and follow-up. CityTask gives customers one request path and coordinates accepted work on their behalf while keeping current operational boundaries visible.
How CityTask works today
Every request receives manual review. When CityTask accepts a request, it handles the service process on your behalf through completion follow-up. You approve the provider, final scope, price, timing, and payment method before work begins. Submitting is not instant booking and does not guarantee acceptance, provider availability, or completion.
Describe the work, location, timing, and access details.
A person reviews service fit, location, and missing information.
CityTask may clarify details and determine whether the request can be supported.
After reviewing a request, CityTask may coordinate with an independent provider. Submission does not guarantee assignment, acceptance, price, timing, or completion.
CityTask helps keep accepted requests organized through the next steps and follow-up.
Scope, provider, price, timing, and payment terms are confirmed for that specific job—not by form submission alone.
What is not live
CityTask does not currently collect customer payments, place card holds, hold or escrow funds, process refunds, or issue provider payouts through citytask.app.
CityTask does not currently advertise a payment-protection program, escrow protection, completion guarantee, workmanship warranty, or guaranteed outcome.
Who CityTask serves
CityTask does not publish customer counts, provider counts, active managed accounts, or network scale. Public surfaces describe request paths—not invented growth metrics.
For homeowners and tenants — one request for manual review and possible coordination.
Provider interest is reviewed manually. Interest is not approval, activation, or guaranteed jobs.
Property Operations accepts consultation requests for review—not automatic onboarding into a managed program.
Service availability
CityTask reviews each request based on the requested service, location, and current provider availability. Include your location for review. Submission does not confirm coverage, provider availability, or acceptance.
Trust and support
Detailed current-status authority for payments, providers, and expectations.
Step-by-step process for request review, coordination, and follow-up.
Safety responsibilities and prohibited request types.
