CityTask reviews the requested service, the job details, the location, timing, and current provider availability together. A form submission is a request for review; it is not proof that every service, address, or requested date can be supported.
Manual review
A person reviews service fit, location, missing details, and possible next steps.
Separate acceptance
Coverage, provider availability, timing, and acceptance are confirmed only after review.
What customers should expect
Submitting a request keeps the door open without creating a false guarantee.

When a request cannot be supported
Interest can still be recorded without promising future service.
If CityTask cannot currently support the requested location or service, you may join the waitlist. Waitlist interest does not confirm timing, priority, consultation review, or future service.
