CityTask does not currently collect customer payments, place card holds, hold or escrow funds, process refunds, or issue provider payouts through citytask.app.

Does CityTask guarantee provider qualifications?

Customers must confirm any license, permit, insurance, certification, or specialist qualification required for the specific work before work begins.

What is Property Operations today?

Property Operations consultation requests are accepted for manual review. Submission does not create a managed-service relationship, guarantee coverage, staffing, emergency response, inspections, turnovers, reporting, or onboarding.

Does CityTask guarantee appointments or response times?

A requested date does not prove availability. CityTask does not guarantee appointments, same-day service, or specific arrival windows.
