How scheduling works

Submitting a request does not reserve an appointment. CityTask reviews the request first and follows up about possible timing when the scope, price, service area, and provider availability can be confirmed.

1. Submit the service details, address, and access information that help CityTask understand the request.
2. CityTask reviews the request and may ask follow-up questions.
3. Any provider, scope, price, and proposed timing are confirmed separately before work begins.
4. A requested date is a preference, not a guaranteed appointment.

CityTask does not currently offer instant booking, guaranteed arrival windows, or automatic scheduling from the public form.
